The 10-man rotation, starring Ron on the radio
October 22, 2009
A look around the league and the web that covers it. It’s also important to note that the rotation order and starting nods aren’t always listed in order of importance. That’s for you, dear reader, to figure out.
C: Sports Radio Interviews. Don’t tell Jerry Buss, but Ron Artest(notes) says he’d play for $1 to be a Laker.
PF: KSB. "Those with credible basketball experience" know Andrea Bargnani(notes) has a long way to go.
SF: Clips Nation. Will Al Thornton(notes) start or come off the bench this season?
SG: Celtics Hub. Basketball Prospectus predicts the Celtics will rank 20th in offensive efficiency. 20th!
PG: The Baseline. I like this: Shoals’ five most important players who aren’t MVP candidates.
6th: The Puns Are Starting To Bore Me. Will Dwight Howard’s(notes) free throws ever improve?
7th: The Knicks Blog. Nate Robinson(notes) says he’ll enter the 2010 Dunk Contest if LeBron does.
8th: The Painted Area. Free predictions for picking NBA regular-season win over and unders.
9th: The Wages of Wins Journal. Can Toronto build a winner around Chris Bosh(notes)?
10th: FreeDarko. Joey, bangin’: "The NBA is no less fun for me now. I continue to hoot and holler at my television, or evangelize on Twitter about the glory of Chris Douglas-Roberts(notes). But I also see a broader image than the one to which I clung as a child. The officiating can be awful. The sneakers aren’t what they once were. The access to players is much better. And so forth. A panoramic approach affords the opportunity to dwell upon what’s passing while still being excited about what remains going forward."
