Phenomenal Swag: Shaq candy bar
November 2, 2009
Trey Kerby of The Blowtorch searches high and low across the Internet for NBA-related goods you never knew you needed. You know, phenomenal swag. Email Ball Don’t Lie any relevant products you find here.
Back when Danny Ferry was trading for Shaquille O’Neal(notes), he probably should have consulted me. No, I’m not Professor Basketball, but I could have said, "Hey, Danny Ferry, maybe adding a guy with numerous food products named after him to the middle of the court is going to make your team look super awkward." Then, I would have shown him this eBay listing for a Shaq candy bar called Mr. Big.
I don’t know if that would have changed Danny Ferry’s mind, but it would have at least opened his eyes to the world of chocolately, carmel-y, peanut-y goodness that exists on the Internet. But since Danny Ferry doesn’t care-y about this, maybe you would. I mean, who doesn’t love limited edition candy bars? And hey, this ten-year-old candy bar is at least as fresh as Shaq is.
