Trey Kerby of The Blowtorch searches high and low across the Internet for NBA-related goods you never knew you needed. You know, phenomenal swag. Email Ball Don’t Lie any relevant products you find here.

I’m thinking of changing the name of this column to Phoodnomenal Swag. Between Monday’s Shaq candy bar, and today’s Portland Trail Blazers 1991 cookbook, I think that’s a good idea. Plus, I love portmanteaus.

Anyways, this Blazers cookbook is really something else. There’s not much information about it on Amazon, but it does have a Yahoo! answers page, so we know it isn’t just a myth. One can only assume that this is a book of recipes that coach Rick Adelman and noted sommelier Jerome Kersey put together.

I think Blazers Edge contributor Bart King put it best in his review:

"A classic! Admittedly, to date I’ve only had the privilege of seeing the cover of this book. But given the excellent taste of the Portland Trail Blazer roster circa 1991, this is almost certainly the most seminal book of its kind."

Yep.
