Now that September is here, it’s time for the alternate jerseys of NHL teams to start being unveiled. We’ve already seen the new look from the Minnesota Wild, the retro look from the Calgary Flames and the Philadelphia Flyers Winter Classic jerseys. Icethetics has been all over the early leaks from the Colorado Avalanche and the Winter Classic jerseys of the Boston Bruins.
Another team set to release an alternate jersey this season is the Nashville Predators. There was some speculation in July about what it would look like and before the team officially unveils them this Thursday during Preds Fest, country star Taylor Swift debuted the Predators jersey last night during her show at The Sommet Center. Jeremy from Section 303 was at the show last night and was able to capture some photos off the arenas video screens:
Predators fans look to be in support of the new jersey -especially with the absence of mustard- so what does Puck Daddy Nation think?
(Note: Taylor Swift wearing the jersey might give off a completely different vibe than say, Martin Erat(notes))
